Neil’s service at Arlington National Cemetery will be held October 31st at 1:00pm EST (Noon CST). He will be interred will full honors and we have arranged to have it live streamed so everyone can attend. His wife Kay will be interred along with him there as well. We have set up this site as a memorial to share pictures and information about his career. Check the photos, information and comments links in the menu.

Important: If you are attending the service at Arlington, please be aware that you need to arrive at noon, 1 hour before the service. The security at ANC is pretty tight so expect to go through security. You will need to have your own transportation at the cemetery.
